Worst place ever. Customer service sucks. Literally cancelled my order because I never got acknowledged for my pick up order. I told the “host” that I had been waiting and she just throws my receipts to me and says “here”. I asked for a manager and she just says “we are busy”. The manager finally comes after I asked her was she serious and he literally acted as if he didn’t care. Will never go here again. This isn’t the first time when I have came here and the employees acted as if they could care less about customer service.

Food is delicious and staff are friendly. Atmosphere is good and the place is pretty clean.Certain items look very minimal and do not match the price point or what is expected. Lacking in portion size and accuracy of ingredients used.

I think I might have caught them on a bad night. It took forever for our food to come out as they were busy preparing "to go" orders. My neighbors just happened to be at the table next to us. They had arrived before us. Two others were sitting at the bar. When the food did arrive it was such small pieces for sushi rolls I was quite surprised. The rolls tasted pretty decent but were the size you'd expect at lunch. Whatever they were grilling inside filled the establishment with a haze of smoke. Not so good for my recent diagnosis with allergies. Three beers, two rolls and one order of yellowtail sashimi that tasted a tad off... (I ate it anyway) for $80 ish was pretty pricey for the quantity/quality. Wish I'd taken time to photograph the rolls. But we had waited so long and I was famished. Kudos to the gal who waited on us. She was very nice and kept her cool knowing g the length of time it was taking to get two tables their food. I might try take out if I opt to eat sushi from there again.

I’ve been going here for many years, and it is still the best sushi restaurant I’ve ever been to. The staff is great, the atmosphere is lovely, but the only thing I would complain about is the inconvenient hours. They are closed three days a week, sun-tues, and it’s extremely unfortunate.

This is the first negative review I’ve ever left on a small business. I ordered from here tonight to pick up and was told the wait would be 40 minutes. Not a problem as I had some errands to run. I showed up after about 50 minutes thinking my food would definitely be ready. The place was crowded for sure but upon arriving and paying, no one acknowledged that my food would be coming out. After another 10 minutes I asked the waitress who informed me they were super busy and that’s why there was a delay. At this point it’s been an hour since I placed my order. I completely understand that places can get swamped; however, she informed me that the chef had just started making my food. This was over 1 HOUR after I ordered it! I then waited another 20 minutes inside of the restaurant. Finally the chef motioned for me to sit down which I appreciated but seriously…1.5 hours to get takeout sushi. When it finally came out i had to examine my order because something was missing. Again, super disappointing. I will not be back. Next time lll make the drive to rock and roll sushi in Gulfport because of the wait.

Must stop in the pass. I come here at least twice a month when I drive by. Mom and pop place. Great food, good service and the chef was very nice. Had the chef recommend a few rolls and never looked back.

I was being indecisive and the experienced sushi chefs curated an on the fly Omakase menu for me. The sashimi was delicious and proper to perfection. Super friendly and great customer service. I’m going back here when I’m in town again.
