Fill-Up with Billups

Great breakfast. It is a plain diner with good breakfast and an open area to eat outside. We had the Fillup with Billup and it fed two adults and one child.

Little place across from the beach. Counter service. Very friendly. Order at counter and food brought to your table. Self service coffee bar. Great breakfast food. The most wonderful cheesy grits. Had two scrambled eggs, bacon and grits with a biscuit. The most wonderfully moist, not crumbly buttery biscuit with lovely homemade strawberry jam. Yum! Again, super friendly service. Must go for breakfast.

You order at the counter and your food is brought to you while you get your own coffee. Good breakfast menu. Portions are very generous. The place was not really challenged the morning we were there service-wise. Only two other tables were occupied. Decor is bright an cheery. There is outside seating but weather did not permit it.

I was looking for the local spot diner, not Waffle House. You'll know what I mean on your way there. Perfect Cajun breakfast, Hangover 1 was delicious ? great coffee too! What a find, I'll be back.

Good counter-serve choice for breakfast and lunch... order at the counter, they'll bring it to your table. Great bacon sandwich, biscuits and gravy are super good, and cheese grits are just right.

At first glance we weren't sure the restaurant was open until we spotted the parking lot to the left of the building. Once inside, the place was filled to the brim with customers having their breakfast / brunch. Initially as we went to place our order we were warned that there were no more tables left. We took a seat outside under the overhang with picnic tables. A nice large heater would have made it perfect but the wind was a little brisk so we waited for an open table and then sat inside. Charming little diner with fast paced staff! We'd love to return.

This is some of the worst food we’ve had since we got to Mississippi. I ordered a grit , cheese and bacon bowl and they loaded the grits with what seemed to be onion powder to the point of being unedible so I left it on the table . She got the hangover number one and the crawfish and whatever other mystery meat they put in there was pretty much black looking and tasted like rancid fish worse than Gordon’s fish sticks. I highly recommend choosing somewhere else to eat

No service, website shows shredded potato hash browns but they were the deep fried squares of greasy potatoes. Gravy for the biscuits had no sausage. The self service coffee pots (about 7) were all empty. Grandson ordered a waffle and he said he hates Waffle House but these waffles were worse

Awesome menu for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner! Cheese Steak Sandwich is really done well - Love the Fried Egg on top. Awesome grits and breakfast, Overstuffed Sandwiches - Can't wait to try the Pizza! Very Cold Beer. Don't miss it.

We tried Fill-up with Billups for breakfast and was not disappointed. Food was delicious and plenty of it, the staff were friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and loved the vibe of the place. Definitely worth the stop.

Had a fabulous breakfast here. A family member of ours recommended we try this place and they were right...The food is AMAZING! I had the Fill-up with Billups meal and I was stuffed when I finished. The smoked Bacon was heavenly, the breakfast potatoes were seasoned to perfection and the Belgium Waffle had the most amazing crispness to the outside of it but the inside was still so fluffy, warm, & Delicious. This will definitely be a place we visit again when we come back to town.

Best breakfast this weekend. The hangover 1 is amazing. The wafflewhich was a hit!! The bloody mary was perfect.

I love this place. I’ve been in the area three nights and I’ve had breakfast here every morning. I’m altering my plans for heading home in order to get ONE more breakfast there in the morning. Their menu is wonderful with interesting entrees. I’ve had their chicken and waffles and their hangover part 1 and part 2 offerings. All were fantastic. The coffee pot is accessible for refills and it’s a very nice place with inside and outside seating. The staff there are all friendly and it’s just the best breakfast spot that I’ve found. My wife wasn’t along for this trip, but I’ve been ranting about this place and promising that I’ll be bringing her here the first chance that we get to head this way.

My boyfriend and I had a late morning breakfast at fill ups on Easter Sunday, and it was great! We ordered the avocado Texas toast and a chicken & waffles. The food came out very fast as was good! Nice to find a fast, causal and not so $$$ place to eat while on vacation. A lot of the seafood places are pretty spendy, I like this fun retro place to change up the vibe a little. They have a great patio at this location! Music was going and bubbles were wafting in from the salon next door which was fun.

We tried to go to Billups in Biloxi Sunday Am. It was an hour wait. So decided to come here. Enjoyed it so much. Love the relaxed atmosphere. Family oriented, Hope to come back
