My wife and I stopped in to have a bite to eat. Waitress-sit where you want! Ok not a big deal order an appetizer of onion rings they were great . Now for an entrée inquired about the 14 ounce steak market prices at 46.44. They told me it would be 55.95 so that was over priced. I ordered a burger a fries at 12.95. I had better burgers from a gas station. My fries had hair in them.

I love this little cafe! My server was Quimbee; she was so kind and attentive. The atmosphere is very welcoming and warm, and the food was fantastic as always! I’ll definitely be back.

Service is always excellent. A true Southern gem with great vibe. Food is a little pricey but considering it's one of the few places in the area, it's kind of understandable. Fried green tomatoes and gumbo are a must-try!

Excellent stuffed fish, shrimp angelle, bread pudding, and tea. I wish the outdoor seating was more comfortable, but the food was so good, I can't take anything away for that. Worth a small detour if you're passing by on I-10 or are just in the area.
This place is fantastic! From start to finish a party of 4 were 100% satisfied with everything - great tea too! Wonderful service, atmosphere & food. Well worth the drive out to the backside of Pass Christian/Diamondhead for this gem!
Food was excellent and staff were very friendly and outgoing definitely will eat here again

Surprisingly good. It seems that the more "down home" the restaurant seems to be, the better the food is, and the Front Porch Cafe is no exception. They have a simple, yet diverse menu of New Orleans style dishes, and variations. We both had shrimp and pasta dishes (mine with the fried eggplant) and both were fantastic; indeed, it was more like the food in New Orleans, but served up in rural Mississippi. The appetizer (which I must apologize for forgetting the name thereof, but it was incredibly good) was savory and unique, and the dessert, while it mimicked the appetizer in a wonton wrap, tasted just as a benget should. This place is a "must stop and try" restaurant, but be warned that it may be difficult to visit on the weekends...It's just that good. We visited on a weekday afternoon, and saw it get busy as we departed. The atmosphere is a little rustic, but it didn't take away from the service, or the food. We will be visiting again!

The Front Porch is a little out of the way but well worth your time to find it. We have dined here a number of times and have never been disappointed. I think we’ve pretty much tried all of the menu items and never been disappointed. We will definitely continue to dine here and you should too.
