This is a unique, little restaurant with excellent food and superior ambiance. As soon as I walked in the door and was shown to the room that was exclusively for our eight people birthday party, I knew this was a most unusual place. The food was perfect. I had one of the most delicious smoked tuna dip I've ever had!The waitstaff is superior in every way. Our waitress was efficient, quick to refill water and tea, and waited patiently to get our orders. My only suggestion is to put up a sign indicating which way to go once you park. I circled the parking lot three times before I saw my friend waving at me. I would hate for that lovely, little place to miss even one person.

my Jumbo shrimp platter was just a lil bigger than popcorn shrimp & they tasted like they were cooked in my cheap airfryer at home .... My 3 year old wouldnt eat her chicken tenders because they were completely dry & overcooked. Service was ok. Just wasnt impressed. The shrimp did not taste good at all & the chicken tenders were horrible.& with 8 people at my table, noone liked the cole slaw... beware: the coleslaw tastes like it has cayene pepper dumped in it...

We had a fantastic time with our server, while enjoying fantastic food and atmosphere. It was easy to feel comfortable talking to an old friend while marveling in the delectable dishes! I reccomend the shrimp nachos as an appetizer but be warned that it's enough to make it hard to finish your meal, even with two people working on them! I'll definitely be back and have nothing but good things to say.

This place was fine. This is a good three star review. Service is very slow but the servers are nice. The space is in a little plaza that looks really cool and they have outdoor and indoor seating. We went during the lunch hour and it was super busy. Our table was sticky which is the worst. I ordered the ahi tuna salad. It was very good but I didn't see much else on the menu I would be interested in trying. At this point, I am not sure I'll be back but based on other great reviews, I might try it again just to see if my mediocre experience was a one off.

Great food. I had the BLTA, bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado. It came with home made chips that were good.

I enjoyed my lunch here. My husband got the pull pork and the shrimp remoulade po boy was the best po boy I’ve ever eaten! It’s a little out of the way for a regular visit but it’s definitely worth a weekend visit every once in a while!

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Any time we go to Pine Hills Plant Nursery, we come here to eat afterward and look forward to it. Can't wait until it's a bit cooler and we can sit outside on the porch again.Everyone here is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I've only ever had the shrimp remoulade poboy and it is delicious! My daughter usually gets fried shrimp, but today she wanted fried shrimp on the kids salad and they were able to accommodate that.Today is the first time we've gotten dessert and boy were we missing out! The caramel white chocolate bread pudding is the best bread pudding I've ever had. Absolutely fantastic! Already trying to come up with excuses to go get some more!

Really good food here! I highly recommend the sweet potatoes fries as they are cooked excellently and expertly seasoned. House made chips are good as well and seasoned nicely - just a heads up - I was expecting house made chips to be thicker slices of potato and these are very thin. Not a complaint in any way, just a heads up because I wasn't expecting it and you may not either. It was very loud inside, and especially loud when we first walked in, I think someone was in a life and death hand to hand combat match with an ice machine or something because none of us could hear a thing that any of us at our table was saying. I guess our hero eventually vanquished the ice machine as the sounds of martial hostilities finally ceased but it was still somewhat loud inside. Oh, another heads up - the put Mayo on the pulled pork bbq sammich. That was definitely unexpected. I'm not talking an Alabama Mayo based bbq sauce, I'm talking a dollop of Duke's on the sammich along with bbq sauce and pickles. We had four in our party but only were given 3 sets of silverware and napkins and had to ask for another but they got taken care of. Definitely recommend this place!

Stopped here for lunch. Unassuming front made us unsure if we found the right place or if it was open. Parked in the back. The place is small and was busy but we were seated right away. It was super loud. Too loud to hear each other at first. We had a wait for the food but that was fine as they made it fresh. Food was good. One of us ordered French fries. Other three ordered house made chips. They were running out of chips so they also gave us sweet potato fries. House made chips were thin, crispy, and good - but the sweet potato fries were better.
