Food was good and hot! Chicken Quesadilla w/ extra cheese! Ranch was good, don't know if it was made there or not. Also had sour cream and salsa which were OK, but the ranch set it off like fire! Brandi was a fantastic waitress, very personable! Not anyone's fault but tide was flat and there wasn't any breeze so the noseeum gnats tore me up.

Wheelchair accessibility: I don't think they had this, idk, but the stairs will give you a workout.
They need a menu downstairs so folks can read it b4 going up. But I'll be back for sure!

Not all it's bragged about . We came over the bridge from Bay st Louis while on vacation to eat here. I know it's a layed back restaurant but I expect better waitress service not matter what. She took our order with our starters ( or appetizers ) and we expected our starters to come out pretty quick ( waitress even said they coming first to my granddaughter ) but no they came out with our meal and they were all semi cold like they had been sitting in the window. So food was nothing to brag about . There is not anything to give it 5 stars just saying. I've ate better in North Alabama . Signed Kimberly.

Lousy food and ice cold temperatures inside the restaurant. Same disgusting dipping sauce for every dish. Everything frozen and deep fried. Never ever again.

Loved the place the ambiance and service. Love food presentation how ever food was not good. I had the Mahi Mahi tacos and Mahi Mahi over rice. Tacos were ok but rice was over cooked, fish was under season.

Brandy Lynn was so great! Whenever we walked into the restaurant, she immediately greeted us and got our appetizers and drinks in. She was extremely attentive during the whole entire visit and was able to answer all questions, knew the menu perfectly, and had great suggestions!
Her customer service went above and beyond. She was patient but also super helpful. I will be coming back from her service alone. Thanks Brandy Lynn!

Shaggys in The Pass is always a favorite! The food was delicious, and Brandy Lynn, our server, was so attentive and patient with our big group! She knew the menu so well and had such a positive attitude. We will ask for her next time!!
