I only gave 1 stars because we never actually ate. We had a reservation. We showed up on time, and there wasn't a table. We were sat at a community table (when there were two tables open). Which is fine — not ideal on our anniversary — but it was fine. We waited 10 minutes before we could even get a menu. In that 10 minutes, we witnessed one of the cooks and “the” server loudly arguing, and then the server yelling at the host. Being a 15 year restaurant vet I started examining the situation. They had ONE server for 20 tables— she was also serving the bar seats, and acting as bartender. We then understood the situation. We left because we were not going to be part of the stress on the staff. I've been in each of their shoes, and that absolutely blows. We hope to be able to give this place another shot. We just hope someone figures this out and we can walk into a better situation.

One of only 2 tables with peopleRudest service. Never came back to our table to refill our drinks. Slapped drink on table without saying a word. Handed us our $252 bill without one word. We have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant. Food was good but will never go back because of service. If it wasn't for the busser we would have never had our drinks refilled. He was the only person in the restaurant that was attenrive.

Sara was the WORST waitress I have had in a long long time. Ally, however, who assisted at the last part of our dinner was wonderful. I will return, but will definitely request Ally or anyone BUT Sarah

This was a cute place with a great vibe and delicious food! We ordered the filet mignon and it was perfectly seasoned! All the sides were delicious as well. I highly recommend this place!

Outstanding in every way food, service, drinks. We all had filet and it was tender and cooked as ordered. A little pricey, bring your money

2nd time as we are locals. 20Minute wait time to order and get a drink. Then once food came.. too many waits for beverages. It was almost empty and waitresses were slower than molasses. Such a shame bc the food isn’t bad. It’s just the experience that lacks big time.

Awful awful awful.1st time coming with family we were visiting firm out of town. The wait for food was HORRENDOUS, one of the waitresses was so HATEFUL she made the experience awful. We were here for over 4 hours… sitting at a table… with children… for food that is over priced and over rated. Awful. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

I love the atmosphere of this place and the cuisine. However, I give it 3 stars because of the wine selection. We are regulars here and have mentioned several times how poor the quality of wine is. When you pay over $100 for a meal you expect something else besides Mirrasou or Line 39 cabernet. All of these can be purchased for around $10 a bottle and are sold for more per glass than the entire bottle costs. People are willing to pay for a good wine when they pay premium prices for the dishes Whiskey Prime has to offer. The sad part is that we love the food so much, but often talk ourselves out of going here because the wine selection is so horrible. They could literally buy $20-$30 bottle of wines and still make great margins. I am just baffled they serve low shelf red wines at an establishment that has so much potential and charges premium prices for entrees.

Our party of 5 had the loveliest meal tonight. The host warned us in advance that service might be slow since the chef was working solo. We appreciated the heads up but it wasn’t needed. Everything came out timely and was delicious. They had several specials not on the menu. We loved everything - even the cocktails. We’ve been meaning to try this place for years and I’m so glad we finally did. I’m thrilled to know there is such a great restaurant in the Pass.
