Service has gotten awful the last month. Can you guys please hire people. Sit in line forever every time lately. And if the drink isn’t good that day it just makes me mad. I definitely don’t go as much as I used to because it’s so slow. Be ready to sit at least 30 minutes when you go.
I frequent this establishment a lot..but it seems that service is getting really sluggish. Whst used to take 3 to 5 minutes now takes 20. My last 2 times, my drinks were not mixed. I say this as constructive critism. I love 7 Brew, but its just needs more effort.
I don’t know if the same person in Flowood owns the one in pearl, but if they do, they need to send every employee to the Flowood location for training. Not only do I feel like the Pearl location lacks the same quality of customer service as the Flowood, but also they make the drinks poorly.
