By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced!! Three words to describe the employees at this location. Ghetto, Nasty, unenthusiastic. Also my ice cream was halfway melted. Never again!!

I went through the drive thru and ordered a medium and a small blizzard , she gave me one small and about 4 minutes later handed me another small, I told her it was supposed to be a medium , she took it back and placed the contents in a medium cup and handed it back to me , I told her it was not even full , she said “ she did that “ I said “ how hard is it “ she took it back and apparently stirred it up a little more and handed it to me once again , I just looked at it and she said “What ?” I said “just forget it “ and drive away . This is the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to in my life !!! I will make the drive to Brandon from now on . The workers are rude and uncaring , the products are stale, the worst service I have ever received but they think they deserve $15 an hour !!!

So I ordered through dooordash. They got everything right on my burger but I also ordered a side of onion rings. Know what I got? French fries…How in the world do you make that mistake when there are simply 2 items on an order? I hope these folks ain’t making above minimum wage.

Was rushed thru the drive thru, didn’t receive my entire ordered and was ignored when asked for rest of order then argued with about rest of order until I got aggravated and left. Horrible experience…..
It was my birthday. The service was really slow, waited over 45 mins to place and pay for my order. I ordered a medium white chocolate mocha shake and pay for my cake. After 45 more mins, I finally was able to pay for my cake. The lady gave me my shake, but there was no whip. I asked for the whip. She looked at me and said, " No whip." I told it's my birthday, and I paid for it. Then she responded, " Do you really want to the whip?" I'm like YES! She just stood there. So, I grabbed the shake and cake and walked out! Then she yelled happy birthday and thanks for being patient with me. NEVER AGAIN! NOT GOING BACK TO THIS DQ!!@

This was my first time having a bad experience at Dairy Queen ever, I hate it because I really like their deserts, tonight was a very off night for them, I dnt think I'll return to this location every, we ordered two triple chocolate brownies and the brownies was so hard, and the ice cream tasted like expired milk, it was so trouble, if we wasn't up the highway we would have turned around and took it back... I dnt like writing bad reviews but this was needed ?

Worse experience I ever had in Dairy Queen ever. Went in to buy Birthday Cake for my 3 year old son and when I walked in nobody greeted ever or nobody paid attention that somebody walked in the premises. I chose the cake and brought to the cash counter called cashier that we are ready, Mr. Noah a young talk guy came on the register not even knew the price of the cake gave me estimated more then $30 I said ok. I requested him to print Happy Birthday on it he said we don’t do it, I requested him to give the cone to me so that I can write by myself, he denied. The I requested him to give me happy birthday sticker to put on cake after struggling he gave me 1 plastic piece Birthday cake written on it. I said thx. He ring my cake and paid for it for $27.19 plus tax came up to $29.91. I requested Mr. Noah to put the cake in the bag again his Sweet answer that we don’t put cakes in any type of carry bags you have to carry your cake like that. What a great service on this particular Dairy Queen. Will never recommend anybody to even pass by that Dairy Queen. Go to other Dairy Queen so that atleast you get some good service not like this. Very Very bad experience at this location of Dairy Queen.
