They need to either re train these employees or just shut it down altogether. I have received a call from Alan regarding my previous experience. I don’t get why call if you can’t do anything or at-least be sorry for the experience at YOUR establishment. However he was very rude and condescending because I’m not in that location nor do I still have my receipt from 2 weeks ago. This is located at a truck stop the last thing these truckers need to worry about is the lack of service and having a decent meal especially at dennys. I was told “they don’t make the tenders” and Alan said I should have basically dined and dashed if I wasn’t satisfied. Absolutely upsetting that I have to go as far as speaking with corporate for what could have been a simple resolve. No alternatives were provided and actually was hung up. How disgusting! Highly do not recommend, unless you plan to dine and dash since they are clearly okay with that.

Don't come here..I have tried 3 times ti get them to make me a grilled cheese and this is the only Dennys in all of America that will not make it. They are so rude here. They have been so mean to me everytime I have tried eating here. Ill never try again.

Ordered. Chicken tenders and seasoned fries… didn’t get seasoned fries… left that alone then went to eat my chicken tenders they was funky and stringy manager refused to refund order although my plate was hardly touched 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 never again

wasnt told to wear slip resisent shoes and black pants but the manager allen took my social sercurity number down without send my card and id a picture of them and sending the image to further authority like is required by law. asking for one thing and accepting another illegally is wrong

The server kt came in to help Tasha. I always come around 4:30 for a salad and Tasha is normally a one woman show. It let me know she came in on her off time to help put Tasha. With went above and beyond.

I came in to Dennys 10/31 and 11/1/25. Food service #1. Great service from catlin and everyone else on the their. I'm greatly appreciated this Dennys and I will be coming back again definitely.
This Dennys is great. Seldomly they can be a little off but usually their customer service is good to great. And their food is not bad either. Prices are acceptable also. Above all if you are a late night person patronize them because they are one of very few places that still allows people to come in sit down eat and enjoy a good meal and great company and comraderie 24/7 still to this day even after COVID. If you do happen to go late night and he's waiting tables request Catlan and leave him a good tip. The service you receive will be well worth it. He is the hardest working man at that location. Often times he will run the register cook and wait tables all at the same time while delivering stellar service.

Water was leaking in kitchen by the food warmer, was clearly visible, poor service, took 45 min just for a salad, was not busy at all. Plates on bar and tables not cleaned up, and salad was overpriced as it wasnt in the big bowl like it should have been as an entree. Server had a attitude like she just didnt care. Asked about a cup of soup, and server said we don sell soup even tho they do its in the menu. Honestly if i could give 0stars i would. Have contacted dennys corperate as well as health dept over the many violations i saw.
