Tried to order cheese sticks, but they weren’t “un-boxed” yet. Eggs were under-cooked. No toast. No refill. Was sat at table and neglected.

Cannot rate their food cuz I decided not to dine in. The stuff are busy looking at their smartphone. Leaving the customer waiting at the entrance for minutes. And they still looking at their phone even after they notice the customer. Nothing but rude attitude. I don’t need fixed phrase from the owner but you better think about it seriously.

It’s hit or miss as far as all the food being good or hot. I was charged $5. for Orange juice.. My fault for not looking.. It’s always a little pricey but my goodness.. I guess when they had the egg shortage, this chain must have had a OJ shortage also???

Place was clean. Food was decent. Except the sweet tea was rancid. Service was non existent!!!! 1 person working in kitchen. 1 older lady doing everything else. The other 3 people, well I think they work there but not for sure about that. They were doing nothing but sitting, talking and vaping inside. Had to get my own refill rather than choke to death... Got scolded by 1 of the "employees "? For doing so. Yet she never offered to get up... if there is a next time it will definitely be to go...

Were do I start came in for breakfast order the all American slam and got it within 5 minutes which was good but boy was I wrong I asked for my eggs to be over easy but when I got them they were not cooked all the way then the sausage was cold bacon was cold hash browns were the only thing hot but when I asked for my eggs to be some more the cook started bitching well I’m sorry you don’t understand how to cook eggs but it will be my only time coming here won’t come here ever again because the cooks always have attitudes saying I was wrong no sorry but Costumers are always right
