I have walked in twice and both times. I had to literally ask if someone would take my order while the workers are standing around holding their on conversation, and acting like everything else is important than the customer in front of them. The food is delicious but if you want to stay in business get you some workers that has good customer service it doesn’t even have to be great. The ones you have now, do not even pretend to be concern or care about your business as far as customer service and professionalism.

I visited there last week and the fish, chicken and fries are terrible. Trust me, the pics look way better than the taste. Plus the staff aren’t friendly at all. They take your order and money and never say thank you. Then, i go to eat the trout and catfish and it’s not tasty at all. I was wishing that I had gone to Sam’s Fish on Raymond rd in Jackson. $36 plus dollars wasted because we winded up throwing it in the trash after picking over it. I’m gonna get enough of trying places based on the pics of food that they post. 🥴 Never going back.

As always, Harvey's Fish Hut Too NEVER disappoint. A friend tried them for the 1st time before heading back home to Georgia and fell in LOVE! He definitely said he will be back!
I enjoyed my catfish sandwich very much. Fresh and steaming hot and cooked to perfection. A no-frills place where you order and pick up at the counter. Reasonably priced. Next time I will have to try their pan trout.

My food is never cooked as I requested. I know I’m the minority but I don’t like hard fish. Every time I go I ask for a soft fry but then I get it and it’s so hard and basically fish skin. The portions are good and the price isn’t bad but it’s a waste of money if I can’t eat it. If I want it done right I have to drive way out to Jackson at another spot but again I’m wasting money at this point

A bunch of teenagers were working. No adult supervisor. I explained what I wanted. Add on per plate. On paper, I had written down what the family wanted, which took 45 minutes waiting on food. It was cold when I got it, laying out. She said we're still working on itl. We'll get home and 10 minutes top. 2 of the plates were not the fish we ordered and no hush puppies. Thought I would try Harvey's again. Not, no more.

Paid for a 3 piece catfish, 4 piece catfish, and also paid for ranch and Harvey sauce. They gave me two 3 piece catfish and 3 tartar sauce. Not a big deal just didn't get what I payed for and didn't realize until it was too late to go back. Fish was good
