The food today was not good! Some was tough, some was dry. The ice cream was so hard I could not scoop it.
I am very disappointed in Ichiban. It was the worst $16 lunch I have ever had.
Nice environment. Food was really good and their was a large selection.
Came in town for a Braves game. Ordered Ichiban online from their website using the ASAP option. Receipt of transaction was sent via email to my phone at 8:17 PM. Even used the track order option on their website and it had it listed as ready to pick up. Walk in at 9:20 PM to pick up and was told they didn’t have an order for me that they never received one.
