I tried to get food from here the other night, after waiting in the long line to get to the window and place our order the cashier then told us they didn't have spicy chicken. Real Popeyes chicken ppl know the regular doesn't taste like the spicy. Why not say before the entire order is placed there's no spicy chicken. At 8p, I guess they don't get enough business to drop a batch in hopes of selling out by the end of night. With 2 more hours on the clock that says a lot. Would I try them again? HECK NO! So we left and went to the next location which was only one star better.

Got ghost pepper wings. They are the smallest I ever had, took a bite and it was bone. Customer service is Devine. samantha at the register was a sweet heart. Normally I like this Popeyes because food is always fresh but this time was absolutely not.

They charged my card almost three times what the cost of my order should have been and I still cannot get in touch with anyone about it. A simple combo for 24$??? I will be going to the location tomorrow to hopefully speak to a manager. Horrible.

Dependable and fast. Not mommas or home but reliable and fast. You know what you're getting !! Only criticism is few "piece" options on drive through menu... like "3 piece mix, 4 piece ..., etc

Had to go through drive through twice and sit in line because they can't to ever get my order right the first time . I just don't get it . Every single time this happens

Girl at the cash register was supper nice. The lady who gave us our chicken was very rude and instead of 12 she gave us 10 pieces of chicken. The chicken was not that fresh. I'm not impressed with the taste either. 2 out of 10 to the taste and recipe of this chicken. I guess this was my first and last time eating in Popeyes. By the way my spicy chicken was not spicy at all

I tried to go, but that location is closed due to a fire, and I haven't seen any effort to rebuild! C'mon Popeyes! I need my fix!!!

I was very disappointed with the food I ordered. I had a spicey chicken sandwich that was barely lukewarm and tasted like it was cooked in old grease. It was lunchtime and the drive thru was pretty busy so I thought the food would be good. Boy was I wrong

10 people working in the kitchen, most of them arguing with each other or playing around. Long line of customers. Girl taking orders getting them wrong and can’t figure out how to fix them. And the screaming!

My mom and I ordered two different combos and we didn't receive the full order along w/the wait time in which lasted about 20 minutes. We get our order and it's lukewarm! Why did we wait that long for an order that was lukewarm! Smh NEVER coming bk! A simple order!

This Popeye’s location is one of the worst. Placed a mobile order around 8pm for pickup. Went over to pick it up, when I walked inside both of the employees were sitting at tables just hanging out playing on their phones. I asked about my mobile order to which one of them got up and went over to the printer to see it. There were 3 receipts printed out. Why wasn’t my order already being made? No idea. Simple order, 3 things. While waiting, she hands me my cup, I walk over to the soda dispenser for some lemonade and it goes spraying all over, my arms, clothes, feet. They had already started breaking the soda machine down (even though they don’t close for several more hours) and had taken the nozzles off. So I walk back to hotel, open the bag and only two of the three items I ordered are in it and they forgot my sauces. At that point I was so frustrated just said forget it. This location clearly needs some management.
