Probably the worst sonic in the area. I have, against my better judgement, attempted to get drinks here several times. Waiting 10+ minutes for 1 drink almost every time.
Today, they didn't even have what I ordered and paid for. I waited for 10 minutes before they even came out and told me. I had already paid. This store needs some serious intervention. Do yourself a favor a drive a few minutes further to the other Pearl Sonic or the one in Richland. That's my last chance for them.

I came here as I normally do to fullfill my hungry needs, but the past 3 times I got I got a large chilli cheese tots have not been even edible. The tots were still frozen, my cheese wasn't evenn frozen. And not like I would want more of that but y'all didn't come close to fill the large chilli cheese tots container. And the fact they didnt even give me plastic wear. DO I LOOK LIKE A MONKEY? eating with my hands. WORST SERVICE IN PEARL. DO NOT RECOMMEND

As someone else said, normally I would rate this sonic a 4 or 5 but today brought that down. Placed a mobile order (nothing crazy, couple drinks and some cheese sticks) said it would be ready about 6 mins after placing. Cool no problem. Sat for 30 minutes after checking in. Pushed the button and took them another 6 mins before acknowledging me. Then took another 10 mins after that to get my order. I had ordered 2 large cheese sticks (which is an 8 count), they gave me 7 per little bag. Normally I wouldn't fuss about that but after waiting forever I was a little ill. Also watched people pull up after me, order, and get their stuff before mine ever came out.
