The food was incredible--pulled pork and chicken with all the fixins' and sides plus an incredible charcuterie style appetizer table and fabulous dessert table with their famous bread pudding bites and lemon bars! The presentation was beautiful and Jae & Chef Nick were kind, efficient, professional, and so very easy to work with through the entire planning process and execution of the event. “Was out last Friday evening around 10:15 and was sure to be out of luck when hunting for somewhere to eat. It was looking like Whatabeen tired of eating or Waffle Bell... But happened to do a quick search anyway and Right on Time there it was like a Light House in a storm...Capitol Grill...kitchen open surprisingly late. I gotta say that the food was absolutely delicious! Even to be later in the evening, everything we ordered was fresh and very well prepared. We weren't rushed at all like some places will do when you come in off peak hours for the kitchen. We received Wonderful A+ service from our waitress who gave good recommendations for dinner when we requested them and had fun shooting a couple games of pool afterwards. Overall Great Experience! However it was still okay. Service was EXCELLENT!! I must say if you’ve never had the Sizzlin’ butter pecan blondie before then TRUST ME don’t EVER go to Applebees without getting this. Even if ur stuffed…u will make room for it. Just TRUST. it is a walnut blondie sizzled and drizzled with maple cream sauce topped with vanilla ice cream and candid pecans!! It is to die for!!!“
