The older man in there is rude and works so slow. Came in to pick up a to go order and had to wait on it 10-15 minutes while he prepared other to go orders for people who weren’t there. He added stuff to my sandwich I didn’t want and left out stuff I did want. I had to correct him but gave up after he lathered my sandwich in mayo I didn’t want. The sandwich is ruined but I don’t have another 10 minutes to wait on him to make a new one.

Took me twice to realize I won’t be giving them my service again. First time, my online order was having trouble getting through. The manager was unhelpful, wouldn’t inform me whether or not the order was showing up on his end, and didn’t seem to care, even as I sat there for about 15 minutes. Second time, as soon as I walk in with my coupon, same guy grumbles “no coupons”. (Btw, if the store doesn’t accept paper coupons, you can bypass this by using the coupon in the app.) I left and went to the one by Kroger and was met with much better service even from just doing a pickup order. I understand some manners are different culturally, but he genuinely seemed flat out rude and annoyed.

The person who I assume is the owners and seem very dry and just a bad vibe. My tuna food was horrible!!. The tuna texture was like ground up dog food. I'm not sure what it was so I lost my money for a meal I could not eat. Very sorry, please improve your attitude to customer friendly and an upgrade in the presentation of your food.

The place is very clean and presentable. The only thing that piss me off was the guy who works there.“The service at this Subway was absolutely terrible. The staff seemed completely uninterested in their jobs and acted like customers were an inconvenience. When I asked a simple question about the menu, the employee rolled their eyes and gave me a rude, dismissive answer. The sandwich was sloppily made, they never seem to have veggie patties and when I asked the person who works there gave me a rude answer like I’m a dog. The staff also don’t seem to speak or understand English. On top of that, they took forever to complete my order even though the place wasn’t busy. Avoid this location if you value decent service!” Oval the only thing that they need to improve is by getting someone that really wants to work and not show their attitude to the customers.

Rude! We decided to give them another chance after he was rude a few months ago. The man didn’t speak a word to us unless necessary & it always came out rude, even yelled once when he had to repeat himself cause we didn’t hear him. Never again. Also $28 for 2 sandwiches?! We did not get meals. Should’ve walked out honestly. Not worth it.

Upon entering, we were greeted. I can say that, but the guy Tim was DEFINITELY not a southern guy. He gave us a dry hello. He didn't have wheat bread , but there still were choices. Overall my experience was good . His attitude just sucks. If you don't like what you do, then move around. I will not return here. SN yall. They don't accept coupons..

Don’t go to this location!!! It was my first and last visit. There are better ones. The vibe in there was off as if I was unwanted. Yes it is more modern and clean. The veggies that I wasn’t choosing looked old and brown. If you have a coupon, they do not accept them. The man told me if I had did did a mobile order then I could use it plus some other irrelevant words. Also said next time that he would honor it. There will be no next time.

This is probably one of the worst Subways I’ve ever ordered from & whenever I ride by I always wonder why it’s always barely any traffic there. The store is clean I will say. The guy in the store who made my sandwich didn’t greet me. The artistry of the sandwiches( my sandwich) was not well at all. I ordered online and there’s options to “add more” of whatever veggies & my sandwich barely had any of the veggies that I wanted more of. I’ve worked for subway and the visual of the sandwich is one of the things I appreciate but not this time. There was enough mayonnaise on my sandwich for 2 other sandwiches. I definitely won’t do business here again.
