Ordered meal for family and someone came in there saying they were DoorDash and stole my food. I showed him my order on the app. Not DoorDash and he didn’t even confirm with that person name or anything just handed it to them. And said he was not remaking order or refunding.

The owner overcharge you and if you let your kids go in, he overcharges you. I’m not the only one that has run through this. I have a lot of friends that goes in there and he overcharge it so he’s pretty much stealing money and when you bring it to his attention, he tried to say next time he has you but will not refund the money and that’s not just with me. Do not go there

The guy behind the desk was very rude. I just attempted to come in today to buy a sandwich and he very rudely waived me away and yelled towards me to get out . It was very unprofessional and I will never be going to this subway location again. Everyone don’t waste your hard earned money going to this subway, go to any other locations. I would rate this location a negative rating if that was possible

The older man in there is rude and works so slow. Came in to pick up a to go order and had to wait on it 10-15 minutes while he prepared other to go orders for people who weren’t there. He added stuff to my sandwich I didn’t want and left out stuff I did want. I had to correct him but gave up after he lathered my sandwich in mayo I didn’t want. The sandwich is ruined but I don’t have another 10 minutes to wait on him to make a new one.

Took me twice to realize I won’t be giving them my service again. First time, my online order was having trouble getting through. The manager was unhelpful, wouldn’t inform me whether or not the order was showing up on his end, and didn’t seem to care, even as I sat there for about 15 minutes. Second time, as soon as I walk in with my coupon, same guy grumbles “no coupons”. (Btw, if the store doesn’t accept paper coupons, you can bypass this by using the coupon in the app.) I left and went to the one by Kroger and was met with much better service even from just doing a pickup order. I understand some manners are different culturally, but he genuinely seemed flat out rude and annoyed.

The person who I assume is the owners and seem very dry and just a bad vibe. My tuna food was horrible!!. The tuna texture was like ground up dog food. I'm not sure what it was so I lost my money for a meal I could not eat. Very sorry, please improve your attitude to customer friendly and an upgrade in the presentation of your food.

The place is very clean and presentable. The only thing that piss me off was the guy who works there.“The service at this Subway was absolutely terrible. The staff seemed completely uninterested in their jobs and acted like customers were an inconvenience. When I asked a simple question about the menu, the employee rolled their eyes and gave me a rude, dismissive answer. The sandwich was sloppily made, they never seem to have veggie patties and when I asked the person who works there gave me a rude answer like I’m a dog. The staff also don’t seem to speak or understand English. On top of that, they took forever to complete my order even though the place wasn’t busy. Avoid this location if you value decent service!” Oval the only thing that they need to improve is by getting someone that really wants to work and not show their attitude to the customers.
