Kirin Buffet

I went with a friend for dinner and had never seen this restaurant before. I have since seen more in the nearby cities as well so it appears to be a chain. Service was quick throughout the entire meal. Our server greeted us immediately and got our drinks. We went right to the buffet and were pleased with the options. Many classic Chinese food meals you would normally find. The coconut shrimp was my favorite overall. Then the honey chicken. Lots of meat options, veggies, fruits, and even small desserts. There is an ice cream self-serve bar but we did not do that. There is also a sushi area with a small variety of choices. I would return to this place again for sure. Particularly if you don’t want fried or fast food, which seems to be the majority of options in the area.

The food is great. But the handling of raw chicken and other foods with the same cooking utensils is not safe. Do NOT serve my rice with a spatula that just touched room temperature raw chicken.

Before Covid, this was easily my favorite restaurant in the area. Today, 3/18/21 I stopped by to check: sadly, still closed. I really hope they are able to reopen. They are terrific!

They way they are doing there buffet is very convenient. Good service and food. Just seemed a bit pricy for quality of food.

Ordered takeout for fried rice, coconut shrimp, salt and pepper shrimp and Hot and sour soup. Got home to discover the coconut shrimp was not there and the salt and pepper shrimp could not be peeled. Even left a tip. Called received voice mail, told them what had happened, ask them to call back, never heard a word. Will never go back

Ichiban is a favorite to many for their large buffet. It was heart breaking when the state shut it down during the pandemic. When they were allowed to reopen it was take out only and they are not a take out restaurant but a buffet restaurant. Therefore I stayed away until they reopened---somewhat. The friendly wait staff greeted me warmly when I returned today for lunch. I told them how much I missed eating there and their great service. Too bad it is not the glory of the former pre-pandemic days. To keep everyone safe, they're not open to full capacity and we're given a menu to check items we want to eat and the wait staff bring a plate of the selected items to our table. The food is as good as usual but we cannot browse for sauces and toppings, the dessert bar and salad items are not there but the sushi is back in a limited selection. Not as many selections are there either but it is still so much better than the take out method or me doing without quality Asian and trying to cook my own.

They are just amazing 10/10 will recommend to others I am amazed at just how nice the people are there and yes I am 13

We love this place. Ge and Kitty are very welcoming and Ge is a great waitress always checking on you for anything you need she so sweet and is really trying hard with speaking English . I love that they have hibatachi you pick what you want and they cook it for you all fresh. . Everything is fresh and hot for all other items . They have soup main dishes , sides and desserts too . My husband loves the sushi bar !!! And it's beautiful inside too.

This restaurant is VERY clean and well-organized. The food presentation was neat and well-labeled. I enjoy a little sushi and Ichiban had quite a variety of choices - all looked fresh and appeared as though they had been prepared with care. I found all of the dishes to be good. In addition to the main dishes and sushi, there was a wide selection of desserts, fresh fruits, and sweets.

This place was a bit of a surprise. the interiors exceptionally clean there's no carpet on the floor the bathrooms are exceptionally clean as well. The food on the buffet all tasted like it was fresh nothing they've been sitting there for hours dessert bar was fresh. But they had a very interesting kick to it if you wanted fresh food cooked you went to the raw vegetable raw bar, and then give it to the Cook and he'll cook it for you. I will be back.

We always go on Friday or Saturday night so we can enjoy the oysters on the half shell and the fried oysters. Great service and a reasonable price for such a large selection. Another plus is that is clean and kept that way.

I think the place is relatively new. Food was very good. The price is great honestly. You get to choose in between buffet or hibachi for the same price.

My family and I just ate her on Christmas Eve on our way to more family. Loved this place every Chinese buffet place I go to I hide something bad to say. I had not one negative comment about this restaurant. They were nice and very happy. Felt welcome when we walked through the door. It was not dark I like most. I will be coming back. Our waitress was beyond amazing great food and I am picky eater I found so much to eat here. I love it. My new favorite Chinese restaurant

I have been here 3 times. The food and service were great each time. I love the fact that you can get hibachi and/or buffet for the same price. Ge and Kitty were very attentive servers and made us feel welcome. Keep up the good work!
