Best barbecue ever. I visit the Hot Spot Barbecue once a year: I live in Indiana. This year we bought the whole pecan pie! It is a must!! Love, love the brisket.

Great experience! We had pulled pork plate, pork bbq bowl and bbq sandwiches. No problem to sub slaw for Mac and cheese in the bbq bowl. Free cookies for first timers and server was awesome. Brought mini tastings of all desserts. Sadly we were stuffed! We will definitely be back!

The bbq was delicious. The service was fast and the employees were very friendly. I had the pulled pork, Mac and Cheese and Brunswick stew. It was all delicious!!

I am writing this sad review because I did like the Hot Spot food and used them several times. The last time I ordered food my credit card got compromised. I called the owner and she said it didn’t happen at her facility and so I had to cancel my card at Christmas time and have two wait 2 weeks. My original order was $427 and Dec.2 my card was charged another $1900 dollars and I wasn’t even in town. My argument is the owner wasn’t willing to say maybe we made a mistake and check into it. The next day a nice gentleman said he would check into a found the error and refunded me. It got mixed up with another persons order. I would feel uncomfortable using a credit card at this place.

A hole in the wall but the best BBQ we’ve had in a while. Pricing average and the food was delicious. Service was top notch. Our waiter made recommendations and provided samples to help us choose. The ribs…..Amazing. Last…,desert….Key Lime Pie. Homemade and delicious. We bought the entire pie to bring home over buying by the slice. Try this place out….you won’t be disappointed.

OMG!!! This was the best ribs I have ever tasted. Well seasoned and really didn’t even need the BBQ sauce. Hubby ordered sausage and it was very tough and hard to cut. We got the sides of Mac n cheese, bbq beans, slaw and potato salad. We both chose the potato salad as the best. Wrapped those rib bones up and gonna make a fuzzy person at home very happy too. They also gave first timers a cookie and it was good too.

Stopped by on our long road trip home from the beach. Big event going on so we crossed the bridge and found this gem on the fly. It was incredibly good. One son had the pulled pork sandwich with mac & cheese. Hubs had ribs with beans, potato salad and coleslaw. Other son had ribs, pulled pork and chicken. I went with the burnt ends and brisket. We all cleaned our plates. Portions looked small but were more than enough food. I loved that the sauce is served on the side. No crazy rubs. Just pure bbq/meat flavor and smoke. Seriously good.

Bowls Rock the Q. We selected one beef and one pork bowl. Simply excellent. When the manager learned it was my first visit, she shared all the things that make Hot Spoe Q special. Finished with homemade cookies. I Love this place.
Plates are greasy hair in food kitchen door is close to where food is made. Teh bread is just basic white bread. The place is over price and needs to be inspected.

I found this place expensive for the portions received. We got the 3 and 2 meat plates..w ribs chicken pork..paid extra for the brisket..not really too impressed. The brisket was fatty so only could eat half the pieces u got..ribs hardly had any meat..the sides were potato salad..baked beans..they were good...macaroni and cheese too much pepper and dry..Brunswick stew tasted more like a veg soup. Decorations of paper plates..the waiter was great.. atmosphere was nice..small parking area...

Stumbled into this little hole in the wall place. Some of the best BBQ I have had in a long time. A very unique vinergary pepper BBQ sauce. Had BBQ beans and potato salad as sides and a sausage link appetizer. Staff was friendly and the place was busy but run like a well oiled machine. Highly reccomended.
