“Never in my life have I consistently had a fast food experience THIS good that always consistently STAYS amazing. Seriously, this place has to be magical. This is genuinely the best chicken I've ever had, fast food or not, the customer service is AMAZING, everything on the menu is perfect. Trust me, get their blueberry donuts and mac and cheese. Like seriously, if I had 1 wish, it would be that every fast food place took notes from Connie's, because this place is amazing.”

“Because I was alone I was seated in a remote corner instead of near all the pictures under studio lights or the buzzing bar area. I didn’t have the view I would have liked and it wasn’t crazy busy while I was there so I felt like this could have been different. For larger parties, the atmosphere is great, lively and lots of nice art and creative lighting.

Service was fine. Not much to say in either direction on that front.

Food was disappointing for what I paid. I felt as though the crust on the steak was just burnt and the seasoning was overly simple for the upcharge. My grits were lacking flavor and a bit cold. I was really excited about my soup but the more I ate the more I had to be honest with myself that it likely came from a can, and again, not warm enough.

I think if I was a local I’d give it another chance but would have to have a different experience to justify the price.”

“i was part of a large group that had never eaten here. A manager(Connor) came by our table to welcome us. We had many questions about the menu. We were shocked at his knowledge of all the dishes. With his help we each ordered and were pleasantly surprised. It’s not often that someone takes that much time to help customers. We will return!!!”

“I am a foodie, a championship BBQ pit master, and a hell of a cook. I was crushed with my diagnosis of type 2, what it meant for my health, and especially what it meant for my food desires. I found POTA on TicTok and decided to give them a shot but I had very low expectations as every almond flour baked good I had tasted until this point didn't cut it got me. I received the cinnamon roll pound cake that I ordered today and WOW!! So moist! I honestly say it's 90% the taste and texture you would expect from a standard pound cake. Honestly more moist than 95% of the pound cakes I've eaten. I also check my glucose before and multiple checks after a generous slice and I had zero movement in glucose from this cake. Highly highly recommend!!”

Recommend checking it out when the weather is nice, was cozy and could hear the birds and wildlife behind the fences. Truly a nice break from the hustle and bustle of Starkville.”
