“I have celiac disease and chose TASTE because their menu actually cites some GF items. I asked the waiter if they had GF pasta and they did! He told me they could make a solid chunk of the menu GF. I had Pasta Milano with GF pasta and it was DIVINE. I haven’t gotten sick, so I’d say they did a good job!”
“Perfect place to stop for some delicious BBQ in Starkville. We enjoyed pulled pork, chopped brisket and three sides. Sides were collard greens, jalapeño slaw and some of the best beans I’ve ever had. Picking only 3 sides was hard - took leftovers home! Atmosphere was quintessential BBQ chic. Lots of beer on ice to great you as you enter. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well worth the stop - and even worth a detour!”
“Great food, live music, outdoor environment very entertaining, and overall fun. I had the seafood linguine and it was spicy but I love spicy food so it was delicious. 10/10 would recommend.”
“Food, service and atmosphere was top notch. Noah our server was excellent. Chef Jeff made everything we ordered to perfection. Treat yourself to the butter pecan old fashioned. ?”
“This restaurant has the best Mexican food I have ever had. I got shrimp tacos the shrimp were cooked perfect not over cooked. Also the rice and beans were awsome. It was so good I will be back and with my friends and family.”
“My burger was outstanding great place to come and have fun. My waitress was very friendly had a great time chatting with her. I will definitely be coming back to visit this place for another concert and eat”
“They are so nice there. The food is absolutely delicious ?! You have to make a reservation at least 10 days in advance but it is well worth it! Very welcoming atmosphere (and fancy). We will definitely be coming back!!!”
“I'm from Starkville MS but live out of state. I stop by here every chance I get when I'm in town visiting family. I've travel alot in the US and I've yet to find a better place for a smoothie.”
“Soo from my experience the workers there are very kind and very attentive, but that can change depending on how busy they are. I usually get the Hibachi all the time, but sometimes I get the rolls as well which both are pretty amazing. It's decently affordable during lunch time and it does go up a little bit during dinner, but it's at a understandable price. It's like any other typical hibachi place. I would recommend it if you're ever in the mood for it.”
“I ordered the fried Oreos and loved them. I like that Blutos also has a jukebox, so you get to listen to a wide range of music while dining in too! I can also say I’ve tried their breakfast, and it might be the best place to get breakfast in Starkville.”
“What a great taco place with some of the best authentic street tacos I've ever had. The free chips and salsa are very delicious as well. The salsa has a nice smooth texture to it as well. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for some great Mexican food. Pictured is 2 Al Pastor tacos (pork and pineapple), 1 Barbacoa (shredded beef) and 1 Cochinita (pork). All 4 were amazing.”
“When I attended grad school in Starkville, Rosey Baby was a cool place to get good food. Nothing has changed. Our bartender, Ava, was friendly and helpful. I ordered a bowl of shrimp gumbo. One of the best gumbos I’ve tasted! From a boy from Louisiana: Justin, you killed it!”
“Recommend by my daughter. I had a late lunch on my way to the library. I started with the artichoke dip appetizer. It was big enough for four people. Very good. Then I had the seafood special. Shrimp and grits with a spicy sauce. It was just what I needed. I'll be back.”
