Great customer service. Friendly and very personable service.
So good and so fast
First off, their coffee is delicious!! It's so much fun to try new recipes I find online!! Their prices are better than their competitors'. My only gripe is the customer service. There have been times when everything went off without a hitch, and there have also been times when I didn't get my order taken in a timely manner. I know 7brew is new to Starkville, so I'm hopeful that they'll get the kinks worked out.

7 Brew Coffee is a popular spot offering a variety of drinks including coffee, smoothies, shakes, energy drinks, and more. Customers often praise the delicious coffee and enjoy trying new recipes, such as banana bread mocha with strawberry and chocolate drizzle. Many find the prices better than competitors, making it an affordable choice for coffee lovers. The team is described as fun, welcoming, and full of positive energy, with staff members who are friendly and helpful in suggesting drinks. Whether for hot summer days or cold weather, 7 Brew is considered a go-to place for a refreshing drink. The menu features favorites like the Blondie (caramel & vanilla) with caramel drizzle, which is highly recommended. The service is generally quick and efficient, especially at the drive-thru, and customers appreciate the variety of flavors available. However, some reviews mention inconsistent customer service and issues with order accuracy, including a recent mistake involving a banana-flavored drink that was not suitable for someone with allergies. Concerns about transparency in pricing are also noted, as the business does not display prices on signage or the website, leading to frustration among customers who want to know the cost before ordering. Despite some imperfections, many customers express loyalty to 7 Brew Coffee, enjoying its drinks and friendly atmosphere.
