I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!

Based on the reviews, Hardee’s is a restaurant with exceptional management and outstanding customer service. The staff is very friendly, and the entire crew greets customers when they enter. The store is very clean, and the restrooms are absolutely spotless. The food is fresh and delicious. Specific meals mentioned include the bacon biscuit, which was hot and fresh, and the hash browns, which were perfect. The special for breakfast, two for five steak biscuits, is described as the best steak biscuit in town. The chicken strips and fries were also hot and fresh. The coffee is impressively good when it is fresh. The only trouble reported was that the volume of the music was way too loud at first, but it was turned down. Overall, the experience exceeded expectations, and the hospitality was as great as a sit-down restaurant. This location is busy in the mornings but deserves just as much attention at night for the dinner menu.
