They harassed me and my friends then told us we had to pay 7 dollars just to walk around.
Great family place fir bowling and skating. We always enjoy it.
Went here for my birthday on March 1. The staff was awesome, the food was great, had a good time. The reason I’m not giving this place five stars is because of a security guy, who I don’t remember the name of. After we got there at about 6:10 pm and chose a few lanes, I went back to the claw machine by the door (didn’t win anything) and he asked to check my bag (a minor). I thought it was probably policy, so I let him. He didn’t check anyone else’s bag that I could see, so that was pretty weird. About forty minutes later, I went to get a drink and he came up to me again, saying multiple people had complained about my shirt (red tank top with some lace) and asked me to cover up. Weird again, since I hadn’t seen anyone go to the counter or him and point at me since we got there. I saw grown women with booty shorts all up in their stuff, and he didn’t go up to any of them. PRETTY WEIRD. I went to the counter and asked a member of the staff if she saw anything wrong with my outfit in that place, and she said no. I still put my jacket on, but it kinda ruined my mood.
Overall, it was great. Got a compliment about my necklace from a cool staff member and didn’t fall when skating :).
Great service and friendly staff.
Depot Family Fun Center is a great place to hang out and have fun! There was a small issue with the lanes during our visit, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure we had a great time. Excellent customer service and a fun atmosphere!
Place is pretty run-down and I hate that almost half of the arcade was replaced by a bar... Yeah, just what a "family fun center" needs: drunks getting rowdy and talking about inappropriate topics right next to where the kids are playing games. Pizza was OK, but when we asked for sweet tea, the waitress put WAY too much sugar in it, enough to make our lips stick together. I feel like this place is being run into the ground. No one talks fondly about it anymore. Just another wasted business opportunity in Philadelphia.
Love the family environment and games too
Owner was extremely rude
Paid for 2 hours of bowling, had to move to 2 different lanes because they both messed up. Pizza never came so we asked for a refund but they "don't give refunds". Definitely do not recommend.
The service was today was very very poor, cashier didn't give us our cups also we ordered pizza soon as we came in it took 2hrs just to give us our food and nobody was there at all but us we asked them where is our food they said we had to wait another 15 minutes and that took half an hour (this was awful 0 stars)
Restaurantji Recommends
Fun place to bowl with the family!
They should allow local business classes to come in and see what a local business looks like when you only reap profits and don’t reinvest into your business. The place is falling apart mechanically and structurally.
They don’t like black people at all. Very disrespectful. Wish I could give 0 stars
Fun place great place for family
If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner himself discriminated against a group of young African adults ages between (15-18) this past weekend ! Although there were many other groups who were having fun and laughing at the same level he targeted that particular group . While being one of the only African groups there at the time. The workers were walking pass almost refusing to serve us; we had to say “ma’am” or “excuse me” three-four times before she would respond. The owner acted as if he didn’t see a thing. He came out his office staring at the group of young men, discomforting them. So they did the same. He came out once again firmly telling them if they buying anything they need to leave the counter when we all were trying to buy something. He then proceeded to tell them to exit the building because they were being loud and disruptive. When did having fun in an entertainment center become a problem?
