The twin sisters behind the counter were great. Chic-Fil-A level customer service at a McAlisters. The best club sandwich and chicken tortilla soup I’ve had at any McAlisters. This is our new go to spot in Philadelphia.

I had the McAlister club and my wife had the grilled chicken sandwich. They were good but many times in the past the kids pizzas have been cold or barely warm. Having said all of the above, the food is still good. I would have given it 5 stars but the food can be improved on.

I've gone to mcalister's for several years, and everytime i go it's always delicious. First off the staff is always so nice, and always willing to help me decide on there many delicious choices. The food is amazing and very fresh. I don't know if i can recommend a salad or a sandwich more. If i had to pick one thing to complain about is they are a bit pricy but it's worth every penny. Plus the portion sides are huge
