Stopped on the way home from NO. Easy detour off of I-59. Its a hole in the wall for sure with very friendly staff. We had some boiled shrimp which were delicious with just the right amount of spice and we were served a generous pound. Also had the seafood platter (frid catfish, shrimp and oysters with a salad and bread). Catfish was thin so it kind of disappeared. Bread was a little hard but who needs it with all that batter. Shrimp and oysters were delicious. Salad is pictured....
Love this place best seafood and fixings...hospitable people and family atmosphere...DEFINITELY WILL B RETURNING!! THANK YOU , RESSE AND TASHA FOR BEING SO HELPFUL AND TY JESSIE FOR BOILING GOOD SEAFOOD AND COKKING AMAZING DISHES
We got the shrimp and gumbo with the 5.00 bag of 2 corn 3 potatoes and a sausage. The shrimp were awesome and so was the gumbo. It all tasted like it was cooked by our very own louisana residents. Even though you can't dine in you can take it home. I would definitely say this is a hidden gem in Picayune. Well worth a look and taste
