On 11/09/2023 I was traveling back to Knoxville, Tennessee from Houston, Texas and stopped at this McDonald's around 4:30 a.m. Monique, who I assume is the manager, was walking inside the restaurant when I exited my vehicle. She let me know their lobby opened at 5:00 a.m. and I asked her if I could use their restroom. Without hesitation, she said,"you sure can." I really wanted a quick and easy meal, but this stop was pretty disappointing. The fries were cold and soggy, and the burger did not taste very fresh at all. It was not the best experience, and I probably won't be in a rush to come back to this particular location again.
This McDonald’s is super consistent. While fast food may not be for everyone and that’s completely understandable, this McDonald’s supersedes many of its counterparts I’ve been to. I have 5 sons with 4 involved in extracurricular activities. Sometimes we have no choice but to get a quick bite. With that being said, this location is always consistent and has literally never messed up our order. With orders our size that’s a next to impossible feat. So kudos to the team...read full review
