These folks are DA’ BEST!!!! I stopped on Saturday, May 23 to pickup a couple of items. In my haste, I inadvertently left 1 of my 2 bags on the counter. I’d paid with cash, so they had no way of tracking ne down to. notify me as they approached closing time. HOWEVER, they put my bag aside in a freezer to hold it, knowing that I’d return at some point. Because they knew my face (not my first trip there), they instantly recognized me and retrieved my forgotten bag. I then sampled a few other things and ended up walking out with even MORE bags of goods!
The icing is that, while not really a “regular” (maybe once every 3 or 4 months), I’ve never had ANYTHING from Nick’s that didn’t totally impress me. I don’t write reviews often, but couldn’t resist the opportunity to drop this one! If ya’ like to eat, try Nick’s Meat! You definitely won’t be sorry!

I happen to be driving past this place and decto check them out. I ended up buying 3 different types of hog head, which were all delicious, a few different sausages, and seasoned ground meats. It is definitely a place to check out if you are in the area. I will be making that hour drive back there to restock on meats.

I bought 4 ribeyes that they cut per my request. Nick said they would melt in our mouths . I can honestly say they were the best steaks I’ve ever purchased in town.
