Driskill Fish & Steak Reviews
Came out for my birthday. We had a group of 15. I ordered the hamburger steak. It was not done completely. I complained to the waitress and was informed that if they remake the plate, I’d be charged for another plate. So I spent $17 for a plate of food that I couldn’t consume at all!!! We will NOT be back!!!
Two piece fish plate, shrimp plate, cheese sticks a kids fish plate three drinks and two salads for $96?!?!?! I think not. I will definitely not be back. I know the price of food has went up but definitely not that much. Yes we came with a group. So disappointed! I would think the food would have taste decent for that price.
Great good, great live music, good food, and excellent service. definitely will come back

Driskill Fish & Steak, now known as Driskall's Steak & Fish, is a small town restaurant that offers pretty good steaks and catfish. The steak for 2 is a good deal, allowing sharing with two sides each. The fried shrimp plate, which includes 8 shrimp with two sides, is also popular and reasonably priced around $22, with the option to add a salad bar trip for an extra $3.50. The restaurant features a tasty salad bar with a good variety of additions such as pickled okra, pickles, cucumbers, carrots, onions, baby corn, olives, ham, eggs, pasta salad, bacon bits, croutons, and crackers, along with lots of appetizers. The fish fillet and steak are cooked perfectly, and the shrimp are flavorful. The baked potato is large, fluffy, and served with butter and sour cream. The live music adds to the nice atmosphere, making it a good alternative to driving into Tupelo. While not a cheap place to eat, the food is decent and the service is excellent. The restaurant is family-friendly, providing high chairs. The ambiance is that of a typical "fish & steak house." Some customers find the police presence a bit off-putting, but overall, it remains a great local spot for good food and a friendly environment.
