HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DOORDASH ORDER -Doordasher asked that the order be double checked before he took it. When your order gets messed (missing entire meal) the person answering the phone argues with you then gets the “manager” who then proceeds to argue with you because they don’t have any of that sitting on the counter. Later in the conversation admits he’s not the manager while still arguing that they can’t help it it’s the delivery driver’s fault….no dummy DoorDash doesn’t come in and cook my meal. Not the first time this has happened

We use it as a halfway point to meet our Family and have had get results every time.

Kid-friendliness: We have a 1 year old grand daughter and 3 year old grandson and they can be rambunctious and the staff have no issues and bring extra silverware to replace dropped or an extra dish to share food with them, no problem.

Food is usually very good. No complaints. And everyone is always friendly. However, when you're picking up an order they always forget your drink. And they seem to always be out of something. They put random things in your bag that doesn't even come with your meal. So when you ask for it next time neither you nor they have any idea what sauce you're asking for. So you don't end up getting it. Also, the drive thru has a drain right next to it that pumps out what smells like sewer and flushed toilet paper. Disgusting! I attached a photo of the drain and toilet paper. It absolutely stinks. Why would you want to open your mouth and try to order anything when such a stench is getting in it?

I have been coming to this place since me and my wife moved from Miami. Yesterday was a bad experience. My wife asked for a top shelf margaritas and a ceviche. They brought my "carnitas", but the ceviche took like 20 minutes to arrive. I asked why took do long because at this point on time my wife did not want it. The answer was they were cooking the fish a little more. My wife tasted and like I suspected was only boiled fish. No ceviche. I told Octavio the manager it was wrong to try to pass that as ceviche. He knew but they tried anyway, because they did not have the ceviche. When we went to pays at the cash register Octavio was there again asking if everything was OK. I told him it seemed ridiculous and non professional to try to.pass boiled fish as ceviche. A good manager would try to apease a client by discounting the ticket or not charging the drink, but it seems Octavio doesn't know how to be a manager, he doesn't now what's going on his kitchen neither. Very possible I will give my business to "Costa" from now on.
