Huddle House in Pontotoc is a clean and fast restaurant with amazing hardworking staff. The food is always good and fast, especially the med well eggs cooked to perfection. The quiet, clean environment and friendly service make it a home away from home. Parking is always available and the bathrooms are clean.
The restaurant is praised for its exceptional service, with customers highlighting the efforts of the waitstaff. One customer mentioned a "little young waitress" who goes out of her way to serve customers with a smile, while another praised Leslie, a great waitress who did an amazing job despite being the only one working on Christmas Eve.
However, the restaurant has also received some criticism, with one customer reporting a negative experience with the cook's attitude and an incorrect to-go order that was cold and lacked content. The manager, Ami, was praised for addressing the issue and providing a free, properly made order as a resolution.
Overall, Huddle House in Pontotoc is a reliable and welcoming establishment, with a mix of positive and negative customer experiences.
