I have been coming to this place since me and my wife moved from Miami. Yesterday was a bad experience. My wife asked for a top shelf margaritas and a ceviche. They brought my "carnitas", but the ceviche took like 20 minutes to arrive. I asked why took do long because at this point on time my wife did not want it. The answer was they were cooking the fish a little more. My wife tasted and like I suspected was only boiled fish. No ceviche. I told Octavio the manager it was wrong to try to pass that as ceviche. He knew but they tried anyway, because they did not have the ceviche. When we went to pays at the cash register Octavio was there again asking if everything was OK. I told him it seemed ridiculous and non professional to try to.pass boiled fish as ceviche. A good manager would try to apease a client by discounting the ticket or not charging the drink, but it seems Octavio doesn't know how to be a manager, he doesn't now what's going on his kitchen neither. Very possible I will give my business to "Costa" from now on.

I never had a negative experience here, the food is always hot, I live in another town an my food is still quite warn when I get home with it. It's a lot of food for the price, everyone I've encountered were very friendly. I'm a Wisconsin native and this place is the only place that reminds me of the good food I'm use to from back home, absolutely phenomenal.

Over six months ago, I came here weekly on my 'Me Dates'. I came back today because I was close by and the staff has floored me! They remembered me and my preferences. As a former waitress myself, I am IMPRESSED. Yall knocked it out of the park!
This place is amazing I took my family of five here to eat on Saturday and we had food & drinks ? for $60 bucks which is great the food was good and cooked perfectly and drinks was awesome and this kids got to meet the robot ? which came to our table with the food which the kids loved it so if you looking for a nice place to take a big family on a budget this is the place to be and the people are friendly too

Really had no taste very bland somehow the enchiladas were so hard at some places that he couldn't even chew it so really just not even edible and the crazy thing is is it was just a cheese enchilada so I don't know how that's possible but apparently it is then when I went to pick up the food the shift manager clearly saw someone at the window waiting for pickup and continue to talk to the female employee and ignore the customer for a good 2 to 3 minutes before ever acknowledging the customer really wasn't worth the money won't be back

I celebrated my 49th last night with 18 family and friends. All the staff was great .. we good our drinks and food quickly the food was so delicious. Even the manager came to sing Happy Birthday and checked on us several times throughout the evening.. I couldn't ask for a more perfect night.. Thank you Fiesta Grill ❤️
