Food is usually very good. No complaints. And everyone is always friendly. However, when you're picking up an order they always forget your drink. And they seem to always be out of something. They put random things in your bag that doesn't even come with your meal. So when you ask for it next time neither you nor they have any idea what sauce you're asking for. So you don't end up getting it. Also, the drive thru has a drain right next to it that pumps out...
I never had a negative experience here, the food is always hot, I live in another town an my food is still quite warn when I get home with it. It's a lot of food for the price, everyone I've encountered were very friendly. I'm a Wisconsin native and this place is the only place that reminds me of the good food I'm use to from back home, absolutely phenomenal.

We use it as a halfway point to meet our Family and have had get results every time.
Kid-friendliness: We have a 1 year old grand daughter and 3 year old grandson and they can be rambunctious and the staff have no issues and bring extra silverware to replace dropped or an extra dish to share food with them, no problem.
