I'll always love KFC food, but Pontotoc MS have laziest employees on planet. Call in food, they give you an expected time and still wait that much longer once you arrive. Definitely not fast food restaurant, call in and still wait over 30 minutes

One the most unorganized and understaffed restaurant in Pontotoc,Ms! Never seen a chicken place that never has chicken cooked at the busiest time of the day. Called first, tried to go thru the drive thru, after waiting in line for prob 10 minutes to finally get to the speaker when was told I would have to come inside and order cause she had to bag orders. I go inside and wait behind 2 other customers had had a disgusted look on their face . 1 said she had put hers in online and had been waiting for 20 minutes after her eta of her order. I finally get to the register and they tell me it would be 20 more minutes on chicken. Every time I go this is the quality of service I receive! Won’t be back. No wonder so many fast food restaurants are closing.

10/10 this is the best KFC I’ve ever been to now! I went inside and everything was awesome. From the service, clean atmosphere, and fresh hot food. This is the best that this place has been in a very long time and I’m so glad that we decided to come here to give it another chance. Keep it up, we will be back!

Upon entering we were greeted with smiles! The ordering process was a breeze. We got our food and it was so hot fresh and delicious! The manager came out and checked on us! Overall 5 stars! Def will be back

Very poor management. They were out of everything, including fries and ranch. We settled for BBQ sauce. We were the ONLY car in the parking lot, yet we still had to pull up to get our food. That is the most irritating thing a drive thru can do. We get our food, and guess what? NO SAUCE. Eating nuggets without sauce is horrible. So thanks KFC for giving me the chance to drive (out of my way) to not get what I wanted. For those who don't know, I was using my sarcastic voice.

I love KFC and was craving it, so even though it's so expensive now, I gave in and got some. I got the 8 piece bucket with 2 sides. The 2 sides were enough for only 2 people....really??? For an 8 piece meal??? I opened the potatoes and there were 2 plops of potatoes. Opened the corn, and it barely filled the bottom of the container. The containers were meant for much more than was in them. I have gotten the 8 piece in the past, in a different state, and there was way more sides in the containers than what I got. So, either they've cut back or I got screwed. That's why the 3 stars for the food. It's delicious but not enough for the price I paid, over $30. It will be a very long time before I go back, if ever.
