The customer service is horrible. I normally give people the benefit of the doubt being the fact I work in a restaurant, but tonight really made me upset, the answer the drive thru with what do you want. And after repeating I want a number 5 for the girl to keep asking me do I want the meal after I said yes, the first couple times I just said you know what that’s ok. Not the first time. Why are y’all charging more for a cup of plain ice cream? Parents order cups because its less messy than a cone when kids want ice cream. A plain sundae doesn’t exist.. it’s plain ice cream in a cup. $1.69 vs $2.19 feels predatory and yes I know it’s only .50. I think y’all hope we won’t notice.
