The reason I gave it a three because they never read the special instructions. I sometimes order from there and ask for my sandwich to be cut into three or four pieces. They never do it. I thought i could leave a tip once thinking that helps but it doesn’t. So I don’t tip them because they don’t follow the instructions and it seems like they don’t even read the special instructions. Workers tonight (3/5/26) were very rude and the food was just thrown together.
My only problem is it says they close at 12 i go by at 10 and half the lights are off and the open sign is off
