I was trying to buy the bogo, buy one get one free. I have the app but didn't understand how to pull the coupon/special up. I ask them 2 or 3 times to help. Then it's getting to where the sandwiches are a joke compared to the pictures. We always get steak and cheese but the amount of meat was a joke. It could hardly be seen, much less tasted. This was subway in pontotoc ms

It is kind of expensive but everything is now. The service depends on the time, not the person, in my opinion. They make this food to order. If u go in at like 7pm when there's 15 others in there, it makes sense that the sandwich may not be stacked perfectly, and there might be a little extra sauce than last time. You're the 16th individual they've served in 15 minutes. Be patient. All in all, you ate it and it tasted the same. Overall, it's a good experience and the new manager is not only professional, but a great trainer and funny. Really lightens the restaurant up.

The staff were amazing on the night of 12/1/22. They should all get a raise. We had a huge order for a wrestling team and they were so accommodating and kind. Best Subway I've been to in years. Thank you!

This store is disgusting. Employees are very rude. I’d can’t say a name because none of them were wearing a name tag. The cross contamination is unreal!! Jalapeños in the yellow peppers, onions in the lettuce and so on. The employees using her hand to grab the meat for a steak and cheese (how about using a scoop). I got my sandwich’s toasted and the meat was refrigerator cold. These employees at this store ALL need to be retrained to do things properly.
