I don't know what's going on here half the time. They'll give your a burned pizza in a heartbeat. That's why I open it right in front of them at the checkout counter before leaving. They don't pay attention to curbside arrivals. I have to call and sometimes they don't answer the phone. Even though you're looking right at them standing around and talking and NOT answering the phone. So I have to get out of the car and go in for my "curbside." Pizza Hut needs to train cooks on how some pizzas may need to be pulled from the oven earlier than the timer telling them. Thinner crust cooks faster. And that's why they keep burning the crust. Crust can be black as night and they'll claim just how the pizza always is because the pull it when the timer goes off. Adjust if need be. Don't serve burned pizza. Cooking is an art not mechanical. And chicken wings were more like chicken nuggets.
