The young lady taking my order, Bella, was kind & patient had a smile & was quick... the young man, Jaydon, cutting & preparing my pizza was clean & organized & worked quickly to get my order to me hot & fresh!!! The store was clean & had a great atmosphere!!! Ayah was kind & looked to be working hard on the task she was preforming !!! It looked to me like the general manager was working hard & runs a great store!!!

I don't know what's going on here half the time. They'll give your a burned pizza in a heartbeat. That's why I open it right in front of them at the checkout counter before leaving. They don't pay attention to curbside arrivals. I have to call and sometimes they don't answer the phone. Even though you're looking right at them standing around and talking and NOT answering the phone. So I have to get out of the car and go in for my "curbside."...

I love Madison Swords she is the best manager at Pizza Hut mainly Pontotoc, M'S she is amazing, and maintains a great work environment for her employees, I had to call and get her last name, BUT SHOUT OUT TO MS MADISON SWORDS.!!!
