I don't know what's going on here half the time. They'll give your a burned pizza in a heartbeat. That's why I open it right in front of them at the checkout counter before leaving. They don't pay attention to curbside arrivals. I have to call and sometimes they don't answer the phone. Even though you're looking right at them standing around and talking and NOT answering the phone. So I have to get out of the car and go in for my "curbside."...

I love Madison Swords she is the best manager at Pizza Hut mainly Pontotoc, M'S she is amazing, and maintains a great work environment for her employees, I had to call and get her last name, BUT SHOUT OUT TO MS MADISON SWORDS.!!!

Still has some decent deals in the app.
Would not recommend the wings anymore as they are like tiny nuggets now instead of meaty chicken like they used to be a few years back.
