Overpriced … over $12 for a 6” sandwich without fries or a drink. And, they acted like they did us a favor for a dried out sandwich. Go to subway and get it your way. Same price for a goody long.

If I could give negative stars I would. Dillon the Manager is rude to customers and staff. I stopped by today to get food and he acted like I was an inconvenience to him. He speaks to staff like they are his peasants and beneath him. This isn't the first time that he has acted this way. The owners need to hire someone who values customers and the staff that he works with.

Ordered thru take out a grill chicken salad. But I did not get any chicken at all in my salad. Lettuce was nasty, wilted. Staff to busy playing behind the counter to get order correct. Awful experience thru the drive thru as well.

Honestly some of the worst food it can be hit-or-miss but usually a Miss anywhere in Pontotoc but when you spend 10 to $15 on the plate and nothing's ever fresh always some old pre-cooked something you get served and in this case supposed to be boneless wings that are in a sauce these were some old chicken strips with a sauce that had been on it for so long the sauce had dried into the breading and was no longer even wet and to top that was an extremely spicy sauce when requested wimpy couldn't even eat complete meal when the garbage the only thing that was edible was the bread surprised they didn't screw that up

Absolutely the best food ever. Restaurant is always clean along with the restrooms. Staff is super friendly and customer centric. This is now my most favorite place to eat for lunch and I’ll probably start coming for dinner. Drive thru is fast! Just can’t say enough good things about this place. Don’t miss out, get there now!

I've been starting to see Zaxby's locations popping up around Texas the past few years but never have tried one. I was recently seeing a client in the Pontotoc area and decided it was finally time to give them a try. This place is phenomenal! The interior was very clean and well-kept. No food/trash all over the floors like a lot of similar restaurants. The employees were incredibly nice and appeared to actually like their job which isn't too common these days. Finally, the food is FANTASTIC! My order arrived promptly and was clearly just made and not sitting under a heatlamp to keep it warm.If all the other Zaxby's locations offer the same excellent experience I had at this particular location, I'd say this company has really elevated the fast casual dining experience. Looks like I'll be adding Zaxby's to my dining out rotation and I will definitely be going back to the Pontotoc location when I'm in the area as they clearly know how to make their customers happy.
