The bun was burnt (black) on both sandwiches, they didn’t get the order correct. Terrible food. We were late for appointment so we couldn’t go back and when I asked to speak to manager, they passed me off to 3 different people. They had me talk to the person who took my order and she wouldn’t let me talk and she talked over me and said to me “Do you know who you are talking to and then hung up on me. I didn’t realize that the customers don’t get heard anymore and that the employees can just ignore you completely. I would NEVER go to Burger King again. This was at Poplarvile Ms. Service must not be good there because for lunch time they hardly had anybody there. You probably won’t do anything about it. When she took my order she didn’t even repeat my order or even told me how much it was.

Drive through screen is broken, and has been for sometime now. Went there tonite and had to go to the window to order. Simple order 4 whoppers one fry. Waited and waited and waited . A white car was in the pickup window and never moved, waited a good 30 mins, whoever was in the white car was playing on a tablet blocking the pickup window, no employee ever said anything. Finally i got an employee attention and asked “will it be much longer? And why is the white car ahead of me not moving?” The reply i got was a shrug. 5 more minutes went by and an employee finally handed me my order through the pay window. White car blocking drive through never moved and as i maneuvered past them, they were still on their tablet/ laptop. Highly annoyed as food was ice cold. Got home.. only 3 whoppers. Avoid this place, they dont care. Just kids playing around and their friends using the drive through for free wifi

Waste of money, order never right- never get what u pay for. Went to get my daughter who is sick some food because she wanted that to eat after two days of not eating didn’t give me my food said i didn’t pay for it after they took my money. Had to go home look at the receipt to see the gentleman took money for the item but wasn’t on the receipt when I went back to get my money big light skinned girl with the two toned boho braids (said she was the manager) was punching her other hand telling me to go I got my money- was trying to tell her I’m wasting gas and everytime I come I pay for something I don’t get- tried to put on a show like her slow self was going to run out the door to fight me. Tried to call this morning to speak to manager no one ever answered the phone tried to call corporate number disconnected or didn’t go through- don’t waste ur money or time. Parks you for everything, never has no product- need to close down and open a new place hire people that care about a business and a job-

I came to this place tonight and went through the drive through twice to get service and waited 30 minutes before anyone would answer and then the guy kept saying one minute and it took him another 10 minutes to come back and take my order. I don’t know what is going on with Burger King in poplarville but they need to do something about how slow they are..

Great experience. Food was hot and fresh tasting and didn’t take forever like most other fast food places typically these days. Service was good also. Guy working was courteous and friendly. Got napkins and sauce in bag without having to ask which is rare these days. Will definitely be back!

Highly recommend staying away from this establishment. Food is always cold. If you ask them for fresh food they completely ignore the request. They can't even get your order right. Staff if very snobby and rude. The manager there today was more worried about his car getting scratch d in front of the main door
