I went through drive-through I ordered a rodeo burger. All I got was a patty onion rings, and barbecue sauce on it drive-through always messes up my crap.
They had the friendliness staff I've seen ever in a fast food restaurant.

Had to get my order corrected and. She fixed not only the entree that was made incorrectly but she replaced the entire meal . Great manager .

Went through drive through around 3pm nobody was in line or in the restaurant other than the full staff of employees, they were not busy. The cashier was obviously unhappy that I didn't pull as close to the window as I should have and i apologized for doing so, pulled to next window for my double whopper dressed sandwich which was the only thing I ordered and was asked to pull to the end of the restaurant and they would bring it outside. I thought odd to do so because its fastfood and they weren't busy. I pulled up and waited, I timed it from the time I paid until I got my sandwich was 20 minutes. When asked if any reason it took 20 minutes the young lady started to tell me a drawn out reason and abruptly changed courses and said it had to be made. The burger was cold. Don't waste your time here.

Very very very slow
It took forever to get our food. We were behind one person in the drive thru. There weren't any customers inside and only one person working as far as I could tell.
Nice people
Almost every time Iâve gone through the drive through something is missing. I try to check the bag but sometimes itâs so full I canât unpack it in my car. Get home and anywhere from 3-6 dollars of food missing. Only go inside so you can see whatâs on the tray and direct the employees yourself as if you were the shift manager. It needs to just close down. We wonât be going back again.
The bun was burnt (black) on both sandwiches, they didnât get the order correct. Terrible food. We were late for appointment so we couldnât go back and when I asked to speak to manager, they passed me off to 3 different people. They had me talk to the person who took my order and she wouldnât let me talk and she talked over me and said to me âDo you know who you are talking to and then hung up on me. I didnât realize that the customers donât get heard anymore and that the employees can just ignore you completely. I would NEVER go to Burger King again. This was at Poplarvile Ms. Service must not be good there because for lunch time they hardly had anybody there. You probably wonât do anything about it. When she took my order she didnât even repeat my order or even told me how much it was.
