Went through drive through around 3pm nobody was in line or in the restaurant other than the full staff of employees, they were not busy. The cashier was obviously unhappy that I didn't pull as close to the window as I should have and i apologized for doing so, pulled to next window for my double whopper dressed sandwich which was the only thing I ordered and was asked to pull to the end of the restaurant and they would bring it outside. I thought odd to do so because its fastfood and they weren't busy. I pulled up and waited, I timed it from the time I paid until I got my sandwich was 20 minutes. When asked if any reason it took 20 minutes the young lady started to tell me a drawn out reason and abruptly changed courses and said it had to be made. The burger was cold. Don't waste your time here.

The bun was burnt (black) on both sandwiches, they didn’t get the order correct. Terrible food. We were late for appointment so we couldn’t go back and when I asked to speak to manager, they passed me off to 3 different people. They had me talk to the person who took my order and she wouldn’t let me talk and she talked over me and said to me “Do you know who you are talking to and then hung up on me. I didn’t realize that the customers don’t get heard anymore and that the employees can just ignore you completely. I would NEVER go to Burger King again. This was at Poplarvile Ms. Service must not be good there because for lunch time they hardly had anybody there. You probably won’t do anything about it. When she took my order she didn’t even repeat my order or even told me how much it was.

Drive through screen is broken, and has been for sometime now. Went there tonite and had to go to the window to order. Simple order 4 whoppers one fry. Waited and waited and waited . A white car was in the pickup window and never moved, waited a good 30 mins, whoever was in the white car was playing on a tablet blocking the pickup window, no employee ever said anything. Finally i got an employee attention and asked “will it be much longer? And why is the white car ahead of me not moving?” The reply i got was a shrug. 5 more minutes went by and an employee finally handed me my order through the pay window. White car blocking drive through never moved and as i maneuvered past them, they were still on their tablet/ laptop. Highly annoyed as food was ice cold. Got home.. only 3 whoppers. Avoid this place, they dont care. Just kids playing around and their friends using the drive through for free wifi
