You would struggle finding a worse Micky Ds. Very slow, almost guaranteed to get your order wrong, and have had issues with employees with bad attitudes. If you are starving, you are better off going to the gas station next door and getting a slice of pizza.

It seems if you want your food correct you have to go inside and order on the kiosk and double check your food before you leave, I got my husband to stop by on his way home from work cause I’m 8 months pregnant and am tired all I wanted was 2 PLAIN CHEESEBURGERS with meat and cheese THATS IT and they couldn’t even do that.. so I’m very disappointed. Yea I’m southern but the tea my goodness the amount of sugar they put you would think you’d go into diabetic shock..

Most times the staff is very sweet. The atmosphere is always easy and light. Unfortunately there has NEVER been a time they aren't extremely slow. On average the wait time is almost 30 minutes. And they clear their orders off screen to make it LOOK like they're performing efficiently and then the orders are all mixed up. My kids go every day. I've recently started talking them into Sonic and Wendy's because of the wait and they don't even like them much. In summary, they're real sweet while they're real slow.
Lately they are out of so much. I went twice last week both times they were out of ice. This time they were out of large cups and lettuce. They didnt say anything about being out of lettuce. I was told at the first window that they were out of large cups. When i went back to ask for lettuce because my sandwich didnt have any only then was i told they were out of lettuce. I should have been told at least when i recieved my food.

Every single time we’ve gone through this drive-thru, the service is exceptionally slow. We were asked to pull up and waited almost ten minutes for a McDouble, nuggets, and two fries. My husband finally got out to check on our order and it was just sitting on the counter, waiting on one of the employees to walk it out to us. Poor service during multiple visits. We are asked to pull up every time we come to this Poplarville location.
