Oh my! This was authentic Mexican food from Mexico, what I grew up with! You want awesome authentic Mexican Food?, Miguel's is your place, right here in Poplarville. Ate there today. Try their Carna Asada Fries you won't be sorry!!!!!!
To begin, this is a review of El Mariachi Garibaldi, the new location in the College Square shopping center (102 Highway 11 North, next to Ramey's grocery store), not the South Main location, which has always been a solid choice for Mexican food in Poplarville. The new location takes it up a notch, with a larger dining area and expanded menu. First of all, the menu is large and varied, ranging from Tex-Mex standards like fajitas, burritos, and enchiladas to "street-style"...
Love the new location, it is so clean and has a very cute interior design. The new menu has some really good items on it. Service is a little hit-or-miss, I feel like it was more attentive at the old location.
