I love sonic don’t get me wrong but every time I come they always have horrible service and can never get the food right. If your looking for a place to eat fast I suggest going somewhere else. They are so slow and can never get anything right. Do not go to sonic if there is any other place open to eat fast food at.

I placemy order and I noticed every one came in behind me getting their orders. so I went inside to get my Card and someone told me they couldn't process the card... but yet they never came and told me that. I had to go inside to ask. I will not be back. that was rude plus unprofessional

Service and food are always excellent fast food! Several times, there has been an additional $0.20 charge for the Apple sauce that is supposed to come with the kids meal. They have removed it without question when i mentioned it. The manager said they had someone coming to correct that in the system.
