it's a local chain of fast food. it's about personal taste, you either like it or you don't. I do enjoy a chili burger occasionally (2 times a year?) one of the reasons I hardly stop is the employees outside the doors smoking cigarettes or them sitting on the ground outside the doors and when someone comes up they all have to rush inside smelling of cigs and wait on customer. doesnt seem like they have enough time to wash their hands before making food. maybe I'm wrong. anyway it looks bad from. a customer standpoint.

I really didn’t want to give this place any stars. I stopped in for a chilli cheese hot dog, it was not the normal hot that I enjoy. The hot do was not a beef hotdog, the chilli wasn’t tasty and the onions overpowering. I will NEVER stop by again. 0/10

The place has went down hill in the quality of food and service. Workers are more worried about smoking cigarettes than working and to do it right in front of the drive through is dumb. Just go ahead and shut this one down. Won't ever come back here and won't recommend.

We went in there like we always do and we love the food but this time we were turn away cause of "No Pet policy " we have a very small shitzu that we always bring in there and she is well behaved but now under new owners we cant..come on! Really! We won't be back or recommend this Wards...
