This was the first time I have ever eaten at a Jack's. I visited the Purvis location because I was having my motorcycle worked on and it was getting close to lunch time. I ordered at 11:29 am on 1-21-2026. I bought the Big jack meal number 1, asked for a large fry and what I got looked like something from the kids menu. The fry was at best 3 inches wide and 3 inches tall with maybe 10 fries inside of it. The burger was at best the size of 2 McDonald's regular size patties...
The food is always amazing and the young male server is always super polite and always has a great attitude! JACKS is my family's new favorite place to eat in Purvis! The food is wonderfully delicious and affordable, best biscuits and gravy.. if they could add tomato gravy that would be the only thing the are missing in my opinion
The new assistant general manager did a great job-he seemed to be extremely personable. The team seems very new and distracted, but overall, the atmosphere is great and the team attempted to overcome obstacles as they arose.
