This is the second time this week that we have visited Jack's We have been asked to wait longer for our food because they were cooking it fresh and both times our food came out cold it was good chicken fingers and we still ate them as we had gotten to go but the bread on the chicken sandwich was hard even though the chicken sandwich should have been made fresh because it was a special order.

Food tastes good; I would describe the burgers as "What McDonald's should be." They're fast food, but the quality of the ingredients is higher than you expect. The service at this particular place was lacking when we visited though; we waited 15 minutes before someone came to ask if we had been given food (we had not), then another 10 for our order.
