Ran by a bunch of teenagers so I guess the service makes sense. It's definitely a mess. Fresh fries only if it's busy. Messed up orders fairly often. But the ice cream machine works.
Not sure what was going on, But the service was not pleasant at all. I found it a little odd that the cashier's and front line was drowning, And there were 2 employees (Management at that) sitting in the play room having a meeting. I will say that because of the service, Once we received our order, it had several extra items in the bag. So they were trying to make things right. I just cannot help but to wonder why the 2 in the playroom chose to sit and watch them struggle...
The only McDonald's I have ever been to that the burger actually looked like the advertisement. The burger was larger than the bun and not hidden in the bread. Total five stars with the food. The service, however, not as good. We ordered a Big Mac, a Quarter Pounder and two large fries. The girl taking our order repeated it back to us and it was right. However, when we pick up our bag and look inside there was only one large order of fries. We told the girl that we ordered...
