The kitchen staff were fighting, lady on the register was rude and raised her voice at several customers, and one girl was so stoned she was watching the sweet tea brew instead of helping customers. I went to the counter to get a refill and they were all hollering at each other, and the last woman on register was screaming about receipt paper. I gave up and went to the gas station for a drink.

Cook not wearing gloves or a hair net, touching her phone and then going back to cooking. Management wasn’t wearing gloves either while hand mixing biscuits. And they was not washing their hands either. The cook actually came up to the front and tried to call herself going off on me for reporting her! The manager didn’t say anything. Will not be going back there as long as them two people work there!!! Freaking DISGUSTING!!!

They were out of chili, burger meat was hard, buns were stale, fries were old and cold and I ordered a dressed burger and when got home it only had mayo and ketchup up. Employees were just standing around looking at each other. This was the worst I ever got. Pretty sure I will not be going back.

It's nasty. It's time to tear it down and build a new one. The staff needs proper work attire and the no pot rule needs to be enforced. Obviously the computerized cash registers are outdated. I've went through the drive on a few occasions recently and it was cash only. Ward's as a whole needs to be revamped. It may be time for a fresh vision. The food is good not great but good.
