A&M is a great family owned and operated chicken place! They have fantastic fried chicken, burgers, breakfast, etc. Never had a bad experience at A&M. It’s a simple, country eating place.
Ya'll when I tell you this place was super packed and busy all day and night. There are not too many places to eat, there's only 3 restaurants in all of Quitman?(Gotta love the country) This place either put crack in the chicken or in the grease? They chicken is ? their gizards are ? their homemade cookies are double ? And the chicken fried steak was banging my husband's said. We ran up on this restaurant when we turned off hwy 45 to find something to eat and gas. We were on a motorcycle trip to Gulf Shores, We thought by the crowd, that was a good place. We were right. Great food, excellent service from the owners themselves and the staff was friendly and quick to serve. We definitely will be back next time we can get back thru that way. Exceptional nice people.
