Would be really good if they could get their staff to show up to work. We called to order, no answer multiple times. Showed up there and the poor guy working couldn’t keep up with the phones and orders so he wasn’t able to answer the phones. 3 people didn’t show up to work that day. Just pitiful.Atleast the food is as good as expected
Richton is very fortunate to get any kind of national chain restaurant because of its small size. Now the needs improvement comments. Tonight this location ran out of bacon. From what I can tell they only offer 3 toppings. The “hot and ready to go” section always seems to run out of something then they have people standing and waiting even for call in orders. I've frequently bought Little Caesars Pizza from several different locations, and have always had good experiences. Yet I must take issue with both the service and food on my recent visit.It was about 10 minutes before closing, and I do understand that it can create an issue for workers.
