So my husband an I will order online about once a month. The past 2 times our order has been wrong. There is a special space for special instructions. The employees NEVER READ this space. But besides that my orders isn't correct by receipt. When I go in to pick my order up, I have to go in the gas station side to get help because the employees can't be found. I've worked for Subway 8yrs, this is unexceptable.

Most everyone has eaten at subway but some are better than others. I order from this one often with their phone app and pickup is so easy. Interior is clean and service is prompt. I have 3 nearby subway to choose from and this is the one most chosen. The new Italian hero is so far the best subway sandwich, it should be a permanent item.
