American Deli

I ordered a burger & wing combo. I didn’t have any fries, was told fries cost extra, and it’s a combo?!? Crazy!! The cashier always has a bad attitude and the wing flavor is NOT the same!! The burger was awful! Taste char-boiled. I won’t go back.

I ordered a chicken Philly with no onions or bell peppers. Got home and there is onions and bell peppers on my sandwich, I called up there but no answer. I have been calling ALL day today since 11a and no one answers the phone. Won’t be going back

This place is trash. Everyone working there should be fired

The worst wait time I’ve ever seen in my life. I mean I felt like I was waiting in the emergency room at UMC. Waited for a beef burger 6 piece wings and fries at 5:42pm and literally didn’t get my order until 6:31 pm. In the meantime how many people came and went who got their food you ask……well I lost count after 12 smh. I give up American Deli everyone was right your wait time is giving waiting on a cook to show up for their shift when it was clearly at least 5 (I counted) of you there. I won’t let it happen again.

This location is terrible. The lady that took my order was ok, but that's it. The other lady that handles people's food was the worst. Highly unsanitary. She was smacking on food the whole time and had her hands in and out her mouth. She even took some food out of her mouth to talk to her coworker, then put it back in her mouth. Not one time did she go wash her nasty hands before handing the orders. The total disregard for germs, the customers, and the image of the company was crazy. I almost felt like it had to be a prank. The saddest part is, I could go on and on with even more. I will absolutely never think about eating there again. Horrible.

Ordered the wings and chicken philly to go. The wings were TINY and the Philly was saturated in salt and was not fully dress as describe on menu. If you suggest I take it back and have it remade, that’s a big no no. Tried that before and did not want any friction. Would not recommend.

I ordered the 10 piece lemon pepper wing combo . They used the wet lemon pepper seasoning & sprinkled lemon pepper powder on the wings! It was so salty I couldn’t even finish them and had to order another cup of fruit punch to lower my blood pressure!

I waited exactly one hour in line for this. My total was $32 because I had another burger plate as well. This is pitiful! My patty was burnt, my bun is wet and mushy, and my fries are soggy. I will be filing a dispute!

It's 11:00 and they are turning everyone away say they are not opening until 11:30! This is the third time this has happened. I counted 13 people that were turned away. The excuse is they do not have a cashier!!! Driving 40 minutes for this!!!

So we can start to make this happen for you have a good ?? of what you want ? and what you say about your business ? you are a good person to work with you.

I placed a delivery order today from the Ridgeland location and the order again was incomplete and they WILL NOT answer the phone.

Stopped by while I was shopping. Haven't had this since the one in the metro center mall closed. The grill seems to always be closed but anyway. I spent $17 bucks on a 10 piece wing meal. The wings was the smallest I ever seen and then they only gave me 8 wings and barely any fries. This was a total waste of money. This is not a good place for wings

Why do they have a whole phone number listed, and won’t answer the phone the food is nasty it definitely doesn’t taste the same. And on top of that had the nerve to go up on the prices straight garbage!

Food is not good here... The sandwich in which I ordered was not what I asked for. The bun was cold and had not been grilled nor toasted. I asked for mayo and there was no mayo or oil and vinegar... The sandwich was dry and cold. I ordered 2 philly chicken sandwich with onions and bell peppers and they were both dry with cold buns that had not been grilled. I tried to call American deli back and no one answers the phone... I am a foodie and know good food and this particular American deli ain't it as far as the subs.. Those workers there are lazy and there was a lot of playing amongst them. I waited an whole hour for my food and it was not worth the wait . Don't waste your time here. I've been to a few American deli and gotten good food . The one in North Park mall does not compare to the others. The subs are not good.
